It has own rear car park and good location with a good accessible.
Actually it is more like a Motel and not Hotel. The breakfast was very basic with plastic cutleries!

Excellent location, extremely convenient to beach (3-minute walk) and a variety of restaurants and cafes.
Turns out that this hotel is widely known as one that rents its rooms by the hour. We encountered such clients upon checking in. There are literally no closets in the rooms for clothes, only a few hooks on the wall. Mirrors over the bed. Red ceiling lights in the bathroom over the jacuzzi. No lobby or sitting area. Very sparse breakfast.

The hotel staff were helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. This is a budget hotel for this location and you shouldn't expect any frills.
Plumbing noisy but functional and only a curtain separating the bathroom from the rest of the room.

Yes. Extremely good value for money and the front office staff very helpful
Quite run down and airconditioners need to be replaced. A bit noisy so window jalousies need to be improved

Location
Facility is very run down and not suitable for tourists. In this respect it is also overpriced.

Rooms are clean, airconditioned and large enough. The staff is very friendly and hospitable, they do their best to meet every need.
Closets are needed in rooms, breakfast should be more diverse, balcony furniture should be better.

The most beautiful thing was the excellent kindness of staff, they tried to fulfill all our needs ( early breakfast, extra towels, taxi, telephon calls)
Poor outlooking of the building from the street, people can not even think it is hotel. The breakfast was poor and 100% the same all the days!

The hotel is a MOtel, and one where the rooms can be booked by the hour (although I didn't see any unsavoury looking characters). To be fair, it wasn't terrible, and the rooms were quite clean, but it's so shabby, and really needs work. The worst part was finding a large cockroach in my bathroom on the first morning, however it could have got in via the air vent, or the gaps around the window / door. The location is good - right near the beach, and it's bearable. However it's not exactly 'nice' and if you're going on holiday I'd advise spending extra. The problem is that Herzliya (and Israel in general) is ridiculously expensive for what you get. My double room (not massive) was still $125 per night.
Cockroach (the size of my index finger) in my bathroom. Although I only saw the one - possibly because I subsequently bought a can of 'raid' and sprayed around the bathroom. The breakfast is pretty poor, but not terrible. Air con unit was a bit old and very loud.

All the staff but one were outstanding. Our second room was very comfortable, firm bed, good water flow, darling little terrace.
Our first room had a bad leak, a terrible bed, the water was hot and only a trickle.

The price was by far the best deal in the country, location served the purpose of my visit superbly and the procimity to the beach was great. The service was phenomenal.
The hotel in general can use a face lift and the ac should be regulated from the room rather than having one remote at the main office.

The staff was very helpful and nice
The room was dingy and there was not wi-fi throughout the hotel as advertised.

The location and the service
the breakfast was mediocre, and the hotel appeared not to have been remodeled in quite a few years.

it was very down to earth and made you feel like a back packer again!!
the outside was very scruffy, the air con had no adjustments, the windows had no means of leaving open at night on ground floor and a lock to prevent entry from the street
